Um Innovationen zu fördern und zu schützen, sollten die Plattform für KI auf Abruf, alle einschlägigen Finanzierungsprogramme und -projekte der Union, wie etwa das Programm „Digitales Europa“ und Horizont Europa, die von der Kommission und den Mitgliedstaaten auf Unionsebene bzw. auf nationaler Ebene durchgeführt werden, zur Verwirklichung der Ziele dieser Verordnung beitragen.
